A) Classes and workshops tickets:
- Classes are not refundable. However, you can transfer your ticket to another person (in the specified role of follow or lead).
- In the case of ticket transfer, you can only transfer a whole month/semester. Not individual classes.
- If you miss a class, there is no “ta-igen”/compensation.
- In case of sickness or injury, please contact us as soon as possible at info@forrostockholm.com. To be able to pause classes, a doctors note needs to be presented. With a valid doctors note, we can also refund the value of the remaining classes that are within the time frame of the presented note.
B) Party tickets:
- There are no refunds for parties.
- The ticket can be transferred to another person up to 4 hours in advance.
C) Combo tickets (parties + workshops):
- In case you bought a combo ticket that includes parties and workshops, you can only get refunded for the workshops. There are no refunds for parties. See point A above for information about workshops refunds.
- The ticket can be transferred to another person (within the specified role of follow or lead) at the latest 24 hours before given event.
