The semester is 14 weeks long, which means each dance has 14 classes this autumn. In the next step, you choose the specific dance/dances you want.
There are four types of tickets:
- Clip card with 10 classes (one dance)
- Clip card with 14 classes (one dance, whole semester).
- 2 Clipcards á 10 classes (two dances)
- 2 Clipcards á 14 classes (two dances, whole semester)

Q: Can the clipcards be used for any dance?
A: No, one clipcard is valid for a single dance only, you cannot use them for different dances. During payment you will choose which dance the ticket applies to.Q: What is the validity of the clip cards (10 and 14 classes)?
A: Valid for 10 and 14 classes, respectively, at any point during the autumn semester 2026 for the dance you’ve chosen. We keep track of your ticket and attendance, and will inform you when your clip card runs out.Q: What happens if I miss a class?
A: There is no compensation for missing a class. You are responsible for buying the type of ticket that suits you best.Q: What happens if my clip card (10 classes) runs out and I want to continue dancing during the autumn semester?
A: You can buy a drop-in for each class you want to join after your clip card runs out. Only available if you have been registered for classes this semester.Q: Can I drop-in or try-out?
A: No, drop-in or try-out is not available.Q: What happens if I have not used all the clips/classes in the clip card at the end of the semester?
A: You are responsible for buying the type of ticket that suits you best. All tickets are non-refundable and cannot be used for another dance or after the autumn semester has finished.Q: What are the requirements for attending Forró intermediate?
A: Basic turns/troca de lado (leader and follower), manivela, chuveirinho, chapéu, able to play in base 2 (open embrace basic step), caminhada, caminhada com trava, giro paulista, dois pra lá dois pra cá, and being able to recognize a xote.Q: Can I attend Forró Intermediate even though I don’t fill all requirements?
A: No, you cannot.Q: Do I need to bring a partner or can I join the classes on my own?
A: Come as you are, no partner needed! We switch partners frequently during the class.
